Cloud Chamber in Use

The Lecture Hall Cloud Chamber (Model LHC-DC) creates a vloume of supersaturated alcohol vapor that condenses on ions left in the wake of charged particles. The cloud chamber is to be used visually see the trails left by radioactive particles so that we may identify the type of radiation by the type of pattern left by the particle.
